Each of the torchbearers wears an official uniform including a pair of red mittens. They are red and white, fleece lined and toasty warm. The mittens are available for sale across the country as well, and are so popular they are always sold out. Our challenge was to make a red and white card with some yarn or wool. As I didn't have any yarn or wool, I used some embroidery thread in the centre of the button.
