This is my card for the try a new technique challenge at Splitcoasters. This one was so neat and fun to do. I used the Stamps Happen Cardinal stamp - he's such a cute little guy. This is all you need:
* Cardstock
* Vellum
* Fast drying Ink
* Stamps
* Dimensional
* Coloring medium of your choice
I coloured the white cardstock with copics and the back of the vellum with copics as well. I added some stickles to the flower for some added "bling". I then added a sheer white bow.
