This is my card for Presidents day in the US. I have selected President Roosevelt. The little teddy bear is being carried by this cute little girl. This is a digi image from Sassy Cheryl's. I also wanted to use this flower that is made with a scallop punch. I will check out where I found this - it was on SCS and was fun to do. As I don't have much time today, I'm printing the coloured image and added some crystal effects for the shoes and some white gel pen.
